Juan Sarq

I’m Juan Sarq, a Biology teacher, blogger, and science communicator. My passion for knowledge and research has led me to deeply explore metabolism and its impact on overall health.

I studied Multimedia Design at La Metro School of Audiovisual Communication in Argentina and worked as a web developer. In 2018, I earned my degree as a Biology Teacher from the Instituto Inmaculada Concepción in Argentina.

Since a young age, I’ve been passionate about natural sciences, with a strong focus on metabolism and its role in human health. Over the years, I have researched extensively, analyzing scientific data and collaborating on projects related to health and nutrition. My work involves gathering, synthesizing, and sharing evidence-based insights to help people make better health choices.

This blog was born from my desire to share practical, research-backed knowledge that can help people improve their health and quality of life.

My Experience
